John 8:7NASB  “But when they persisted in asking Him, He straightened up, and said to them, “He who is without sin among you, let him be the first to throw a stone at her.”

The vast majority of us have read this story where a woman is caught in the act of adultery and brought before Jesus for His judgement. Interesting that the act of adultery was considered a sin, under the Law, punishable by death, for both the man and the woman but for some unstated reason, they, the accusers, only brought the woman to Jesus for judgement.

Leviticus 20:10NASB  “If there is a man who commits adultery with another man’s wife, one who commits adultery with his friend’s wife, the adulterer and the adulteress shall surely be put to death.”
